The Absurdist Pipe Band will be bringing their entertaining mixture of street music, silly costumes and general tomfoolery to Perth, Perthshire, Scotland on Saturday 16th November 2019 to help celebrate the switching on of the Christmas lights. We’ll be around the town from around midday and the lights will be switched on around 6pm
